Staff Video Guides - Basic Tools Series

I managed the complex process of training and help resource production. I co-ordinated academic staff to identify resource needs, and then to write and review resource content. I developed styleguides and instructional resources which trained academic and other staff in the necessary production video resource production. I trained LET staff to produce training resources in ways that are engaging and accessible to the university staff and student target audiences.

The first-wave of instructional videos iontroduced new users to the fundamental basics of the new VU Collaborate LMS:
