I managed the complex process of training and help resource production. I co-ordinated academic staff to identify resource needs, and then to write and review resource content. I developed styleguides and instructional resources which trained academic and other staff in the necessary production procedures for print, video and online resource production, including complex interactive HTML5 learning maps. I trained LET staff to produce and publish training resources in ways that are engaging and accessible to the university staff and student target audiences.
