Staff Video Guides - Introductory Series

I managed the complex process of training and help resource production. I co-ordinated academic staff to identify resource needs, and then to write and review resource content. I developed styleguides and instructional resources which trained academic and other staff in the necessary production video resource production. I trained LET staff to produce training resources in ways that are engaging and accessible to the university staff and student target audiences.

These introductory videos were produced to establish staff familiarity with the new VU Collaborate LMS:
